Katya’s educational path began with a scholarship that brought her from Belarus to the U.S. at the age of 19. She completed her undergraduate studies and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Alongside her education, she gained hands-on experience in litigation and corporate law, sharpening her skills across various legal domains.

Before launching her own practice, Katya led the business immigration division of a global law firm, managing legal operations in cities like Philadelphia, Moscow, and Kyiv. She offered critical legal support to a major international steel and ferroalloy corporation, handling global personnel transfers, dispute resolution, and transaction advisory.

Katya’s approach to immigration law is both strategic and empathetic. She creates custom legal pathways tailored to the goals and needs of each client.
