James R. Mozingo

James R. Mozingo is a highly respected business attorney with over three decades of experience in business and commercial litigation, contract negotiations, and debtor-creditor relations. Mr. Mozingo earned his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1978, graduating with distinction. During law school, he was an Associate Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review. Before that, he obtained his B.A. in Politics from Washington and Lee University in 1975.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Mozingo has successfully represented businesses in crucial legal matters, from drafting key contracts to handling litigation cases that could determine a company’s future.
