Kathleen R. Webb

Kathleen R. Webb is a Memphis-based attorney with a legal career spanning over three decades, dedicated to residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on real estate closings, title services, and defect resolution in Shelby, Tipton, and Fayette counties in Tennessee, as well as DeSoto County, Mississippi.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Memphis in 1981. Kathleen R. Webb then obtained her Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1987, officially entering the legal profession that same year.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Kathleen worked as a licensed real estate broker and manager for 12 years. That experience informs her deep understanding of the closing process, making her an invaluable resource to clients, brokers, and lenders alike. Her legal services include purchase and sale transactions, refinances, development matters, and title insurance.

Beyond her private practice, Kathleen has served as an educator in real estate law for various institutions, including Memphis State University and industry organizations.
