Katherine M. Coleman is Of Counsel and a certified mediator at Sturgill Turner in Lexington, Kentucky. Her practice focuses on education law, employment law, special investigations, Title IX matters, and mediation. Katherine works with public and private employers, higher education institutions, and P-12 districts on disputes involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, regulatory compliance, personnel issues, and workplace policies.

Katherine earned her J.D. and B.B.A. from the University of Kentucky. Her legal and business education supports a practice grounded in employment counseling, institutional compliance, dispute resolution, and practical risk management.
