Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2000, graduating magna cum laude with a major in Political and Historical Studies. She later completed her Juris Doctor at Southern Methodist University School of Law, Dallas, Texas, in 2004, where she developed advanced advocacy and trial skills.

Katherine concentrates her practice on toxic tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Her experience also includes wrongful death, commercial litigation, oil & gas litigation, and employment litigation. She regularly handles cases requiring detailed factual analysis, expert coordination, and strategic motion practice from early stages through trial.

Katherine brings extensive trial experience from both bench and jury proceedings. Earlier in her career, she practiced with Deans & Lyons and later with the Dallas office of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons. These roles strengthened her litigation foundation and sharpened her ability to present complex issues clearly before judges and juries.

Katherine has earned professional recognition throughout her career, including Texas Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters, Best Lawyers in Dallas, D Magazine, and Top Women Attorneys in Texas by Thomson Reuters.
