Karl Amelchenko

Karl Amelchenko is a Senior Partner at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is one of the leaders of the firm’s national mass-arbitration and consumer-protection practice. He focuses on earned wage access models, cash-advance products, junk fees, deceptive pricing, data privacy violations, and unfair arbitration clauses. He also represents injured clients in serious North Carolina personal injury matters.

Mr. Amelchenko earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While in law school, he served as captain of the American Association for Justice Trial Team and received the Goldberg Award for Trial Advocacy. His education supports a practice grounded in courtroom skill, legal analysis, and practical advocacy.
