Kai A. Slovek

Kai A. Slovek is an Associate, Real Estate Department at Orr & Reno P.A., and focuses her practice on commercial real estate law and financing matters. Kai earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and her B.A. with honors in Philosophy and East Asian Studies from New York University. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She previously practiced in the real estate and public finance departments of a national law firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. She developed experience handling transactional matters involving property, financing, and public finance issues for clients.

Kai also gained real estate experience while working for Union Pacific Railroad. She managed the disposition of surplus property, negotiated leases, reviewed title matters, and oversaw real estate asset management. She uses that background when advising clients on property transactions and operational concerns. She combines legal analysis with firsthand property-management experience when addressing ownership, leasing, title, financing, and asset-management issues that can affect commercial real estate portfolios and business objectives.

Kai A. Slovek supports clients navigating commercial real estate and financing transactions with attention to practical details and long-term business needs. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Central New Hampshire Boys and Girls Club. She was named a Hoffman-Haas Fellow by the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits in 2025.
