Justin M. Lovely

Justin M. Lovely brings more than 15 years of legal experience focused on personal injury and car accident matters across South Carolina. He has represented injured clients in complex claims and works to help people recover compensation after serious accidents. His background also includes criminal law experience, giving him a broad understanding of courtroom litigation and legal strategy.

Justin earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2004, graduating cum laude. He later received his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law. During law school, he was named to the dean’s list and participated in the Moot Court Team, Criminal Law Society, Environmental Law Society, and the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation.

Justin gained early legal experience through a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Judge Tony Stansberry in Knoxville, Tennessee. He assisted General Sessions Judges with criminal law and civil litigation matters. After that role, he worked with the Knox County Public Defender, where he represented indigent defendants and strengthened his courtroom and trial preparation experience.

Justin is admitted to practice in all South Carolina Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. His legal work focuses mainly on personal injury and car accident claims. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice. In addition to handling cases, he has spoken at legal conferences and provided legal commentary through radio and local television appearances.

Justin has also written educational eBooks covering topics such as AFFF litigation, motorcycle safety, nursing home abuse, and child vehicle safety. He co-hosts the Carolina Justice Report podcast and regularly shares legal insights with the public.
