Marion Munley

Marion Munley represents people harmed in serious truck accidents, product liability matters, medical malpractice, and other personal injury cases. Known for strong trial work and careful case preparation, she has helped injured clients and families pursue major recoveries through detailed courtroom strategy, including multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts in complex, high-stakes claims.

Marion earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Scranton. She earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She also received an Honorary Doctorate, Humane Letters, from Marywood University, reflecting recognition of her service, leadership, legal career, and public trust.

Marion focuses much of her practice on truck accident litigation, civil trial work, and claims involving severe injury or wrongful death. She is Triple Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial, Civil Practice, and Truck Law, giving clients guidance in demanding cases across difficult disputes.
