Justin J. Shrenger

Justin J. Shrenger is the Founding and Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Justin J. Shrenger, APC, based in Los Angeles, California. With over three decades of experience, he is recognized for his deep expertise in international business law, particularly in legal matters bridging U.S. and Chinese markets. Fluent in Chinese and conversant in Korean, Justin offers strategic legal counsel to Chinese businesses operating in the U.S. and American clients doing business in China.

Justin earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1990, where he was a two-time Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and ranked in the top 5% of his class. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. He also studied Chinese at Beijing Languages Institute, earning certificates in 1986 and 1988. He also studied at the University of San Francisco School of Law, receiving awards in several subjects and graduating No. 1 in his class.

Admitted to the California Bar in 1990, Justin began his legal career at prominent firms including Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, before founding his own practice. His firm provides legal services in international business, commercial law, intellectual property, and litigation and appeals. He has advised NYSE-listed corporations, startups, and major Chinese entities, delivering cross-border legal solutions involving contract law, IP protection, and regulatory compliance.

Justin J. Shrenger is an experienced international business litigator with published decisions in the U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his litigation practice, he has served as a visiting law professor in China and as a foreign law expert with Chang An Law Office in Beijing.
