Justin Hurst

Justin Hurst is an accomplished Texas attorney focusing on estate planning, probate law, will contests, wrongful death litigation, and inheritance disputes. With over a decade of experience, he has represented clients in hundreds of probate matters across Southeast Texas. Justin earned his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he won the Rex E. Lee Moot Court competition and competed nationally as part of the BYU Law Moot Court Team.
