Justin Gardner Roberts

Justin Gardner Roberts is a skilled attorney focusing on federal income taxation, business law, real estate, finance, and commercial transactions. He provides legal services in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, tax optimization, estate planning, and probate matters. His experience includes working with business owners, investors, landlords, and real estate developers, helping them navigate legal complexities and structure deals effectively.

Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and received the Dean’s Award in Real Estate Finance. He also attended St. Mary’s University’s Institute on World Legal Issues at Universität Innsbruck, Austria, where he studied international commercial transactions. His education includes a B.B.A. in International Business and a B.S. in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas, Austin. Additionally, he pursued international business studies at Europäische Schule Betriebswirtschaft (ESB) in Reutlingen, Germany.

Justin works closely with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and mid-size businesses, advising them on business planning, entity structuring, capital raising, and compliance with federal securities laws. He has represented buyers and sellers in business sales, mergers, stock transactions, and commercial real estate deals. His work extends to assisting landlords, tenants, and real estate developers in leasing, acquisitions, and financing projects.

Before co-founding Anderson / Roberts PLLC, Justin honed his skills at a boutique law firm, where he advised entrepreneurs and structured complex investment deals. Today, he leverages that experience to help businesses scale, implement effective tax strategies, and stay fully compliant with state and federal regulations.

Recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star, Justin Gardner Roberts is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Austin Bar Association.
