Justin Gardner Roberts is a skilled attorney focusing on federal income taxation, business law, real estate, finance, and commercial transactions. Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and received the Dean’s Award in Real Estate Finance. He also attended St. Mary’s University’s Institute on World Legal Issues at Universität Innsbruck, Austria, where he studied international commercial transactions. His education includes a B.B.A. in International Business and a B.S. in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas, Austin. Additionally, he pursued international business studies at Europäische Schule Betriebswirtschaft (ESB) in Reutlingen, Germany.

Justin works closely with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and mid-size businesses, advising them on business planning, entity structuring, capital raising, and compliance with federal securities laws. He has represented buyers and sellers in business sales, mergers, stock transactions, and commercial real estate deals. His work extends to assisting landlords, tenants, and real estate developers in leasing, acquisitions, and financing projects.

Before co-founding Anderson / Roberts PLLC, Justin worked at a boutique law firm, representing multiple entrepreneurs and structuring investment deals. His approach focuses on helping businesses grow, optimize tax strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
