Julia K. Palzer

Julia K. Palzer is the managing partner at Kellogg & Palzer, P.C., where she focuses her legal practice on estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, and wills. She brings over two decades of legal and academic experience to her role, combining legal knowledge with a deep commitment to client service. Her approach is centered on helping individuals and families plan confidently for the future while navigating the complexities of estate law with clarity and care.

Julia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2001. She holds a B.S. in Political Science / Pre-Law from the University of Nebraska, completed in 1998.

Before entering private practice, Julia held several leadership and teaching roles at Creighton University School of Law, including Dean of Admissions, Assistant Director of Career Services and External Relations, and instructor of Legal Writing and Lawyering Skills. This academic background has shaped her ability to clearly communicate legal concepts and guide clients through the estate planning process with confidence and ease.

Julia is a licensed attorney in Nebraska and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. She brings a proven record of leadership and service to both the legal profession and her community. A fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy, she has also served on the Executive Committee for the Women and the Law Section. Outside the courtroom, Julia holds leadership positions with several nonprofit and faith-based organizations, including Essential Pregnancy Services, Catholic Engaged Encounter, and the Serra Club of West Omaha.
