Judson D. Burton

Judson D. Burton is a litigation attorney at Parker & McConkie Personal Injury Lawyers, where he represents clients injured due to negligence and wrongful conduct. Judson earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2015. Following graduation, he clerked for Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court, gaining valuable insight into appellate law. He later expanded his education by completing a master’s degree with distinction in Ethics, Epistemology, and the Philosophy of Mind at the University of Edinburgh in 2020.

Throughout his career, Judson has advocated successfully in mediation, arbitration, district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in all Utah state and federal courts, as well as Wyoming state courts.
