A Brownsville native, Judith earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s University. Admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, she combines deep legal knowledge with a practical approach to client advocacy.
