Brandy M. Austin

Brandy M. Austin is the founder and Managing Attorney of Brandy Austin Law Firm, PLLC, where she leads a dynamic team committed to providing accessible, high-quality legal services. Her vision is to deliver innovative and cost-effective representation for individuals and small businesses while fostering professional growth and community involvement. Known for standing up for the underdog, Brandy represents clients against large corporations and insurance companies, as well as business owners seeking fair treatment.

Brandy earned her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from East Carolina University and her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law. While at Baylor, she made the Dean’s List and served as Chair of the Alumni Committee for Phi Alpha Delta, among other honors. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 2008, she is also licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. Her educational and professional journey reflects her determination, excellence, and passion for advocacy.

As a trial attorney, Brandy focuses on personal injury, probate, business disputes, and contested family law. She has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and has secured judgments exceeding one million dollars. Her notable accomplishments include recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2015–2018), Top 10 Attorney Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Beyond her practice, Brandy M. Austin is deeply committed to education and community engagement.
