Juan C. Ramos-Rosado

Juan C. Ramos-Rosado is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DMR Law LLC in Doral, Florida. His practice covers entertainment and sports law, business law, commercial litigation, immigration, and criminal defense litigation. He represents clients in federal and state courts and advises businesses outside the courtroom. His work spans disputes, corporate counseling, intellectual property issues, and immigration matters for extraordinary-ability individuals, investors, artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and expanding companies.

Ramos-Rosado earned an LL.M. in Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico Law School, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico- Mayaguez. His combined legal and finance education supports a practice involving entertainment businesses, commercial disputes, corporate decision-making, intellectual property, and immigration planning for clients whose legal and business interests often overlap.

Ramos-Rosado handles litigation involving contracts, partnerships, fiduciary duties, intellectual property, and tortious interference. In entertainment matters, he represents recording artists, management companies, producers, and influencers in contentious disputes. He also serves as outside General Counsel to small and mid-size businesses, advising on formation, governance, contracts, employment policies, and intellectual property protection. His immigration work includes O-1, EB-1, EB-2, P-1, E-2, EB-5, and L-1 petitions.
