Josiah Collier, Esq. is an experienced attorney focused on business and intellectual property law. Since 2018, he has helped hundreds of businesses with incorporation, contract drafting and review, commercial real estate, mergers, acquisitions, and litigation. Josiah’s educational path is as distinctive as his legal career. He completed a B.A. in Business Administration before earning his J.D. from Capital University Law School in just two years—the only person in the school’s history to graduate early. While managing a legal practice, he returned to undergraduate studies in chemistry and passed the patent bar in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology.

After obtaining his patent license from the USPTO, Josiah expanded his practice to include trademarks and patents.
