Joshua Robbins is a trusted advocate for professionals navigating workplace legal issues. Joshua works with clients across industries such as health care, education, biotech, and construction.
Joshua holds a degree from Trinity College and earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Federal District Court. He appears before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the EEOC, providing skilled representation for professionals in complex workplace matters.
Joshua advocates for employees in a wide range of wage and hour disputes, including unpaid overtime, illegal tip pooling, and earned sick time violations. He also represents workers in independent contractor misclassification and prevailing wage cases.
