Caraline started her career after earning her undergraduate degree from Union University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She later earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2015, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was captain of the National Moot Court Team. These academic distinctions built the foundation for her sharp legal mind and advocacy skills.
Caraline began her legal career serving the public with the Nashville District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Children’s Services. She then moved into private practice at a leading Tennessee employment law firm, where she fought for workers’ rights. Building on that success, she joined a top national law firm, advising businesses of all sizes on complex employment law issues and workplace compliance.
Caraline has returned her focus to employees, offering strategic legal support backed by insider knowledge of employer defense tactics.
