She later earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2015, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was captain of the National Moot Court Team. These academic distinctions built the foundation for her sharp legal mind and advocacy skills.
Caraline gained early experience representing the public through roles with the Nashville District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Children’s Services. She then transitioned to private practice, advocating for workers at a leading employment law firm in Tennessee. Her success led her to a top national firm, where she counseled businesses of all sizes on employment matters.
