Joshua Nassir

Joshua Nassir is a California attorney at Treehouse Law LLP, focused on consumer advocacy, false advertising litigation, and class action matters. Joshua earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2017 and his B.A. from UCLA in 2013. During law school, he served on the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, competed in mock trial and moot court tournaments, and volunteered with El Centro Legal Clinic, helping financially disadvantaged individuals with housing and eviction issues while building early courtroom and advocacy experience in client-focused matters and public service work there.

Joshua later joined a leading consumer class action practice, where he focused on claims involving false advertising by major companies. His case experience included litigation involving Apple, HP, Folgers, Godiva, Uber, Anheuser-Busch, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Emergen-C. Through this work, he gained experience handling large-scale disputes tied to product marketing, consumer trust, nationwide labeling practices, misleading commercial statements, and consumer financial recovery efforts for broad consumer audiences nationwide overall.

Joshua Nassir has returned tens of millions of dollars to consumers and helped drive changes to product labeling for items sold across the country. He is admitted in California and continues to focus his practice on misleading advertising, consumer protection, and unfair business tactics. Joshua brings a practical, consumer-centered approach to cases involving broad public harm, deceptive marketplace conduct, and accountability in complex nationwide consumer matters and class actions.
