Joshua Kappel

Joshua Kappel is a founding partner at Vicente LLP, based in Denver. He focuses on helping entrepreneurs build companies in the cannabis and psychedelics industries. His practice includes corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, licensing, and advising clients on the intersection of state and federal law.

Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He also holds a B.S. from Truman State University. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and California, allowing him to support clients across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
