Ben W. Lieberman is a skilled trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience solving legal problems for clients. Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Denver in 2003, graduating in the top 2% of the Class Order of St. Ives Honor Society Editor, Law Review. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver in 2003 and a B.S. from Boston University in 2000. His education built a strong foundation in legal writing, analysis, business issues, and case strategy. Ben began his legal career working for two federal judges. That experience gave him an understanding of how courts review facts, apply law, and manage trials. He has handled matters in state and federal courts and completed trial training through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is a court-approved mediator who helps resolve cases.
