Joshua Blumen is the Managing Partner of J. Blumen & Associates, advising clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Joshua’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, earned after completing his Bachelor of Arts at Brandeis University. This educational foundation supports his work in real estate law, title matters, business structuring, and estate planning, allowing him to evaluate complex transactions with disciplined legal judgment. Admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in 2004, and later before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, he has developed a strong regional practice.
