Roya Deyhim

Roya Deyhim is an estate planning attorney and founder of the Law Office of Roya Deyhim, LLLC, established in 2012. Her practice focuses on helping individuals and families prepare for the future through thoughtful legal planning, clear communication, and practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

Roya earned her Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge, in 1992 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995. Her education provided a strong foundation for her legal career, combining analytical training with the advocacy skills needed to serve clients effectively. Before opening her own firm, she practiced as a litigator in California and later managed the Maui branch of an Oahu-based law firm. This background strengthened her client advocacy and planning skills.

Roya’s current practice includes estate planning, trust administration, and probate. She assists clients with wills, trusts, estate organization, and post-death administration matters. Through this work, she helps people protect assets, reduce uncertainty, and make informed decisions for themselves, their families, and their beneficiaries. She is also an active member of WealthCounsel, allowing her to collaborate with attorneys nationwide on advanced estate planning techniques. This involvement helps her stay current and provide well-informed planning solutions.
