Josh Nyberg

Josh Nyberg is an experienced attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues in North Dakota and Minnesota. With a focus on litigation, family law, and mediation, he has represented individuals and families in courts across both states, including appearances before the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Josh began his academic path by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from North Dakota State University in 2008. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2011, where he concentrated on litigation. During law school, he was actively involved in the trial team and competed at the national level.

Josh started his legal career in Omaha before returning to Fargo to continue practicing law in his home state. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for his courtroom skills and commitment to client advocacy. In 2016, he took the step of establishing his own law practice, continuing to serve clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters.

Josh is certified as a parenting investigator, a guardian ad litem, and a North Dakota Family Mediation Program mediator. He is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. His ability to resolve disputes through both litigation and mediation reflects his versatile approach to legal problem-solving.
