Joseph Rocco

Joseph Rocco is a consumer lawyer and represents consumers, tenants, debtors, and families in disputes involving dealerships, lenders, banks, manufacturers, and landlords. He began practicing with The Law Office of Paul Mankin in 2019 and later returned as a partner after gaining substantial trial and litigation experience in California family law. He focuses on protecting individuals facing difficult claims and uses litigation experience to pursue practical outcomes against larger institutions and businesses when necessary.

Joseph earned his B.A. from Arizona State University in Spanish Literature, with a minor in Portuguese. He later attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Before entering law, he worked in supply-chain management, giving him professional experience outside the legal field. His education and earlier business background contribute to his ability to evaluate disputes involving consumers, financial institutions, manufacturers, landlords, and other commercial parties with care.
