Joseph R. Falasco is a Little Rock litigation and appellate lawyer with extensive trial experience in complex legal matters. He focuses on business and real estate litigation, product liability, class actions, employment law, and appeals. His work includes representing companies, developers, landowners, insurers, and other clients in disputes that require careful case strategy, courtroom preparation, and practical judgment before courts and administrative agencies.
Mr. Falasco earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville in 2002. He served as Note and Comment Editor of the Arkansas Law Review and was a member of the School of Law Board of Advocates. He also received a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and Technology, with Honors, from Arizona State University in 1998. His academic background supports his analytical approach to litigation and appeals.
Mr. Falasco has handled a wide range of significant matters in trial and appellate courts. He served as lead appellate counsel in securing reversal and dismissal of a $10 million judgment in construction litigation. His experience also includes insurance appeals, putative class actions involving mortgage practices, contested development plans, condemnation proceedings, and claims involving franchising laws and deceptive trade practices statutes.
