Joseph K. Plumbar is an experienced Houston-based attorney who has been practicing law since 2008. Joseph earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2008 and his B.A. from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2005. He also served as a Learning Research Instructor at Texas Southern University, honing his communication and research skills.
