Joseph K. Plumbar is an experienced Houston-based attorney who has been practicing law since 2008. He focuses on personal injury, family law, employment law, entertainment law, and civil rights litigation. As the founder of The Law Office of Joseph K. Joseph earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2008 and his B.A. from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2005. While in law school, he gained valuable experience through clerkships with the Harris County Attorney’s Office and private law firms. He also served as a Learning Research Instructor at Texas Southern University, honing his communication and research skills.

Joseph has handled various legal issues and has over 16 years of legal experience. His practice areas include personal injury claims, such as motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injury cases; family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support; employment law, such as workplace discrimination and wrongful termination; and civil rights cases, where he advocates for individuals whose constitutional rights have been violated.
