Joseph (Joe) N. Mirkovich

Joseph (Joe) N. Mirkovich is a managing partner at Russell Mirkovich & Morrow, whose practice focuses on admiralty and maritime law, business law, and transactional matters. He defends personal injury and property damage lawsuits and represents parties in disputes before governmental and port authorities. His work includes Jones Act and longshore claims, transportation disputes, labor and employment matters, and litigation involving carriers, stevedores, warehouse keepers, employers, and vessel interests.

Joe earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law after completing active military service. He received a B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and previously attended Georgetown University. Before law school, he served as an unrestricted line officer in the US Naval Reserve.
