Joseph H. Beale

Joseph H. Beale is the founder of a private law practice with an office in Herndon, Virginia. His practice centers primarily on family law and divorce, including child custody, child support, parenting time, adoption, protective orders, and post-judgment matters. He also handles wills, trusts, estates, criminal defense, and personal injury matters for clients across Northern Virginia.

Beale earned a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. His professional service has included the Citizens’ Advisory Council to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of Fairfax County and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
