Joseph Andrews

Joseph Andrews is the founder of his Delaware law office. He concentrates on Delaware workers’ compensation matters and also handles business, contract, debt collection, and trademark issues. His workers’ compensation practice includes representation involving employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. He also assists business clients with disputes, agreements, collections, and federal or state trademark matters, combining litigation experience with practical commercial advice.

Andrews earned a J.D. from Widener University’s Delaware Law School after graduating cum laude from King’s College, where he studied political science with an accounting focus. His education combines legal, governmental, and business-oriented training. After law school, he also served as a law clerk in the Delaware Family Court, further developing his research, writing, and judicial-process experience.

Before founding his firm in 2013, Andrews handled workers’ compensation defense and worked on construction, corporate, and contract matters. His current practice includes claims and disputes arising under Delaware workers’ compensation law as well as commercial matters for businesses. He has also provided continuing-education instruction on insurance topics and has participated in legislative discussions involving workers’ compensation issues.
