Joseph A. Quinn, Jr

Joseph A. Quinn, Jr is a senior trial attorney whose career spans more than five decades of high-level litigation. He is widely known for disciplined preparation, strategic thinking, and commanding courtroom presence. His work centers on representing injured individuals while pursuing accountability through focused advocacy and carefully developed trial strategies.

Joseph completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Scranton, earning a B.S. in 1963, where he developed a strong academic foundation. He later attended Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University and earned his J.D. in 1966. That same year, he was first admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Joseph concentrates his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability matters, including crashworthiness and automobile defect cases. He also handles auto accidents, truck and tractor-trailer collisions, highway design defect claims, workplace injuries, and insurance disputes. His approach emphasizes case preparation, technical understanding, and clear communication with juries.

Joseph has earned national recognition for trial excellence. He is one of only three Pennsylvania trial lawyers admitted to the Inner Circle of Advocates, limited to the top 100 personal injury lawyers in the United States. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a distinction held by only 500 attorneys worldwide.

Joseph has received numerous professional honors throughout his career. He has authored numerous professional articles and co-authored a book on the Pennsylvania No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act.
