Jonathan P. Vuotto

Jonathan P. Vuotto is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex disputes across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He focuses on creditors’ rights, real estate, environmental, construction, and professional liability litigation. He also handles arbitration, administrative proceedings, and appellate matters. His practice combines trial experience with strategic analysis, helping businesses, professionals, and other clients address contested claims, protect legal interests, and pursue practical resolutions throughout the litigation process.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2004. He received an M.A. from Brandeis University in 1998 and both a B.A. and B.S. from Kutztown University in 1997. He later completed a judicial clerkship with Judge Jack L. Lintner of the New Jersey Appellate Division. His education and clerkship experience support his legal research, appellate writing, courtroom preparation, analysis of complex disputes, and strategy development planning.

Jonathan has tried cases in state courts across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, along with federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He has also represented clients in American Arbitration Association proceedings and administrative law matters. His appellate experience includes cases before the Second and Third Circuits and appellate courts in three states. He also contributed to a New Jersey appellate practice treatise supplement from 2007 through 2017.
