Jonathan M. Steszewski

Jonathan M. Steszewski is the managing partner of Steszewski Law in Miami Lakes and a real estate attorney with a broad transactional practice. His core work includes residential and commercial real estate, complex commercial leases, business acquisitions and sales, construction and real estate matters, financing, and acquisitions, mergers, and sales involving medical and dental offices. His practice extends to estate planning, probate, community association matters, litigation, personal injury, and corporate or business issues supported by the firm’s team.

Steszewski earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Florida International University. His academic record reflects strong legal and analytical training that supports work involving negotiated transactions, financing documents, property rights, and business structures. He is a member of The Florida Bar, its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Cuban American Bar Association.

Steszewski has more than 12 years of practice experience and handles a high volume of real estate and healthcare-related transactions. His work has included negotiating and closing a multimillion-dollar construction loan for a large Hispanic-owned homebuilder. He manages hundreds of real estate transactions and more than one hundred medical transactions annually while overseeing other departments of the firm. This experience requires consistent attention to deal terms, documentation, deadlines, and client objectives across varied transactions.

Jonathan M. Steszewski combines transactional volume with a client-service approach centered on direct attention and practical problem solving. He is admitted to the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and remains involved with professional and community organizations.
