Jonathan K. Nelson

Jonathan K. Nelson is an experienced bankruptcy lawyer at JK Nelson Law dedicated to providing excellent legal services to clients in Las Vegas, Pahrump, and surrounding areas. He began his career in corporate banking, where he developed strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and customer service. These skills have helped him serve his clients effectively in his law practice.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2001, followed by an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University in 2003. Later, he completed his J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar the same year. In 2012, he gained admission to the Nevada State Bar and began practicing law in Nevada.

Jonathan founded his law firm, JK Nelson Law, to offer affordable, high-quality legal help with a focus on excellent customer service. The firm has grown to serve clients through offices in Las Vegas and Pahrump. He remains licensed to practice law in Nevada, Michigan, and the Federal Courts for the District of Nevada.
