About
Jonathan A. Peck is a Connecticut attorney at Peck & Tuneski, P.C., whose practice covers real estate, estate planning law, and corporate law. He has developed one of the largest residential real estate practices in Eastern Connecticut and has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in thousands of transactions. His work includes guiding clients through property purchases and sales, reviewing documents, addressing title concerns, and helping resolve disputes that could delay or prevent a closing.
Jonathan graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and later attended Suffolk University in Boston. He practiced in Massachusetts for three years before moving to New London County in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Jonathan, with more than 35 years of real estate experience, brings detailed knowledge of conveyancing and title matters to each transaction. His background allows him to identify legal issues, explain available options, and work toward practical solutions. He represents individuals, families, real estate professionals, and lenders in matters involving residential property and other real estate concerns.
Jonathan also helps individuals and families create estate plans that reflect their values, priorities, and long-term goals. His approach involves understanding each client’s wishes and preparing plans designed to protect assets, support loved ones, and preserve a meaningful legacy. His broad legal experience provides a useful perspective when estate planning questions overlap with property ownership or business interests.
Jonathan A. Peck serves as co-general counsel to the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors and chairs the Real Estate Section of the New London County Bar Association in addition to client representation. He belongs to the American Land Title Association and the American, Connecticut, and New London County bar associations.
