Sean H. Chung is a New York litigation attorney and partner at Litchfield Cavo LLP, representing multinational corporations, insurers, manufacturers, property owners, medical facilities, and other businesses. His practice covers commercial litigation, labor and employment law, construction liability, premises liability, professional liability, intellectual property disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability defense. He develops strategies for matters involving workplace claims, commercial conflicts, property-related injuries, alleged professional negligence, and claims brought against manufacturers of home appliances and other consumer products.
Sean earned a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before entering private practice, he served as an extern to Justice Kenneth L. Thompson of the New York Supreme Court in Bronx County. He is admitted in New York and before the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, supporting his work in both state and federal litigation.
Sean includes obtaining summary judgment for a property owner in a premises liability case and securing dismissals in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge matters in his representative experience.
