About

Jonathan A. Kendrick is the founder of Kendrick Law PLLC in Hendersonville, North Carolina. He focuses on residential real estate closings, transactions involving real estate investors, and simple estate planning. His work also includes title searches, distressed property matters, foreclosures, and wholesale transactions. Kendrick established the firm in December 2023 to assist clients with both conventional property purchases and real estate arrangements that require additional attention to transaction structure.

Kendrick earned a bachelor’s degree in History from North Carolina State University and graduated from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2016. Before attending law school, he served for seven years as an infantryman in the United States Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan. His academic studies and earlier military service form part of a background emphasizing preparation, documentation, and responsible handling of consequential legal decisions.

Kendrick began practicing law in 2016 and later opened his own office to serve individuals, buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. His practice involves residential purchases, review of title issues, transactions involving foreclosed or distressed properties, and wholesale real estate arrangements. He also prepares straightforward estate planning documents. These services often require careful attention to ownership, financing, closing procedures, and the legal steps needed to transfer property.

Jonathan A. Kendrick combines transactional real estate services with an interest in helping veterans and members of his local community. His law practice addresses practical questions that arise when clients purchase, sell, or invest in property, as well as when they prepare basic estate plans. Through direct work on closings and nontraditional transactions, he helps clients clarify documentation requirements, evaluate legal issues, and move forward with greater understanding of their responsibilities.
