Jonas G. Wells

Jonas G. Wells is an attorney whose practice includes estate planning, estate administration, trust planning, elder law, and a range of business-related legal matters. Jonas earned a B.S. in Sport Management from Liberty University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He completed his undergraduate studies as one of the top students in his department. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2023. During law school, he developed strong advocacy and legal research skills through academic and extracurricular involvement.

Jonas built a strong foundation for legal practice while attending law school. He participated in Moot Court Competition and Alternative Dispute Resolution—Negotiations programs, where he refined his abilities in legal argument, negotiation, and case analysis. He also contributed to his school’s “Law Review” academic journal, gaining valuable experience in legal writing and research.

Jonas focuses much of his practice on estate planning, estate administration, trust planning, and elder law matters.
