Jon S. Herreman

Jon S. Herreman is a transactional attorney with a diverse practice in commercial real estate, finance, and business matters. He represents financial institutions and lenders in loan transactions across local and national markets. Jon earned his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1991. He also received his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1988. His academic background supports his ability to manage complex legal and business transactions with clarity and care.

Jon focuses his practice on real estate, lending and finance, and business law. He works with lenders on commercial real estate loan transactions, including structuring debt and equity deals. His experience includes using both traditional and non-traditional funding methods to meet client needs and goals.

Jon also represents owners, developers, and investors in real estate matters. His work includes the purchase, sale, development, leasing, and financing of commercial projects. He has strong experience in the hospitality industry, assisting with hotel ownership, development, franchising, construction, and ongoing operations.

Jon serves as outside general counsel to several businesses. In this role, he advises clients on daily legal and contract matters. He also supports clients with strategic acquisitions and dispositions of business assets, helping them make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
