Jon I. McGraw is a highly accomplished real estate attorney and partner at Schatt, McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli. With extensive experience in real estate and transactional closings, he has guided hundreds of clients through complex property transactions with professionalism and precision. Mr. McGraw earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2003, graduating with honors. He continued his academic excellence at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree, also with honors, in 2007. These strong academic foundations laid the groundwork for his analytical and client-focused approach to the practice of law.

Before becoming a partner at Schatt, McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli in 2015, Mr. McGraw worked at R. William Futch P.A. from 2006 to 2009, representing corporate clients and commercial lenders in real estate matters. From 2009 to 2014, he operated his own firm, the Law Office of Jon I. McGraw, P.L., where he personally managed hundreds of successful real estate closings. Throughout his career, he has completed over 500 closings, earning a reputation for integrity and attention to detail.

Beyond his law practice, Mr. McGraw actively contributes to the Ocala community through leadership and educational initiatives. He serves as President of the Westgate Homeowners Association, a Board Member at Grace Christian School, and a long-standing member of the Marion County Literacy Council.

Jon I. McGraw has also shared his knowledge as a speaker at Keller Williams’ Ask the Attorney series, helping new realtors understand the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
