John W. Kluksdal

John W. Kluksdal is a partner at Kluksdal Law, LLC in Boise and has represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions since 2001. His practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, bodily injury, brain injury, and other serious injury matters. He represents injured people in claims that can involve significant medical issues, disputed liability, insurance coverage, and the long-term consequences of an accident or professional negligence.

John earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1997. During law school, he worked in the university’s Legal Aid Clinic, tutored first-year law students, served on the Board of Student Advocates, and was president of Delta Theta Phi. He received a B.A. in History, cum laude, from the College of Idaho in 1994 with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology.

He is admitted to practice in all Idaho state and federal courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court of Claims. John’s plaintiff-side practice focuses on preparing personal injury and medical malpractice claims for negotiation and litigation, including cases involving car accidents, bodily injuries, and brain injuries. His background in trial advocacy and appellate admissions supports representation through multiple stages of a civil case when a serious injury dispute requires extended litigation.
