John-Vincent Louis

John-Vincent Louis is a litigation attorney at Workman Injury Law, PLLC, who represents injured clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. He works on cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, brain injuries, pedestrian accidents, and wrongful death lawsuits and disputes. John-Vincent “JV” Louis earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, FL, in May 2024. While in law school, he was a member of the Trial Team, where he strengthened his courtroom skills and case analysis. He also earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, graduating Cum Laude. His academic training gave him a strong foundation in legal writing, research, advocacy, and problem-solving, all of which continue to support his work today.

John-Vincent gained hands-on legal experience through clerkships in both insurance defense and personal injury settings before joining his role. At an insurance defense firm, he assisted with drafting motions and conducting legal research in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, maritime law, and appellate practice. He also clerked at a large personal injury law firm, where he supported pre-suit work on types of injury claims. In September 2024, he was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar.

John-Vincent Louis draws on his training and early litigation experience to help clients through difficult times.
