About
John Torgenson is the Managing Partner of Torgenson Law Arizona Injury Lawyers and represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is devoted to standing up for people who are hurt and taking on insurance companies and corporations on their behalf.
John graduated from the University of Utah in 2001. He then earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with honors in 2004. On October 26th, 2004, he earned his certificate, qualifying him to practice as an Attorney and Counselor in the Arizona Supreme Court.
John began his legal career at Fennemore Craig, where he received strong foundational training. He later established Torgenson Law, focusing fully on helping injured victims rebuild their lives. His experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides gives him insight into how cases are evaluated and resolved.
John is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona, the U.S. Federal District Court of Arizona, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He handles cases involving car accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and other serious injury claims, providing hands-on guidance from start to finish.
John is deeply involved in the community. He has served as a board member at Kids @ Core, coached middle school football at St. Francis Xavier, participated in the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and volunteered at Andre House in Phoenix. He is also a licensed Grand Canyon River Guide with 22 years of experience.
John Torgenson continues to fight for injured clients with determination, personal commitment, and the belief that every case represents a real person who deserves justice and support.
