Mr. Pistotnik earned his B.S. in Life Sciences from Kansas State University before pursuing his J.D. at Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, he gained valuable courtroom experience working at the Oklahoma City Public Defender’s Office. His education included training in trial practice, employment discrimination, administrative law, and American Indian Law, giving him a broad foundation to approach legal challenges with confidence.

While at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Pistotnik developed litigation skills by assisting in criminal defense matters and handling complex issues faced by individuals navigating the justice system. This hands-on experience provided him with the ability to understand case strategy from multiple angles and prepared him for his transition into private practice, where he now advocates for injury victims in Kansas.
