John P. Woolf

John P. Woolf is a highly experienced trial attorney concentrating his practice on business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, mediation, product liability, and complex domestic matters. He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous high-exposure jury trials across state and federal courts in the Midwest. His litigation work includes contract disputes, real estate conflicts, construction litigation, and insurance subrogation cases, where he is known for strategic problem-solving and effective advocacy.

Mr. Woolf earned his B.S. in Business from Kansas State University, his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, and also attended the Judge Advocate School, U.S. Army. Admitted to practice in Kansas, the U.S. Military Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, he brings a wide-ranging perspective to both trial and appellate matters. His educational and military training provide a strong foundation for his meticulous and disciplined approach to litigation.
