John McInnes is the founding partner of McInnes IP Law, LLC, where he leads the litigation team with over 20 years of experience handling intellectual property and business law disputes. John earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and has built a career dedicated to high-level litigation and strategic business counsel. His work includes complex matters such as patent and trademark infringement, copyright enforcement, licensing agreements, contract disputes, shareholder derivative actions, and cases involving closely held corporations.
