Mr. LaRosa earned his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School in 1999. He also excelled academically, receiving both the Widener Academic Scholarship and the Gordon Johnson Memorial Law Scholarship from 1996 to 1999. Before law school, he graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish, consistently achieving Dean’s List honors.
He began his legal career as a law clerk at Stewart & Associates and as a research assistant in the legal writing department at Widener University. These roles gave him early exposure to legal processes and shaped his expertise in employment law.
