John J. Perconti

John J. Perconti is the founder and senior partner of Levin & Perconti, a premier personal injury law firm based in Chicago. With over 35 years of experience in state and federal courts, Mr. Perconti is widely respected as one of the country’s foremost medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys. Mr. Perconti earned his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1979. He went on to receive his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1982. From 1983 to 1986, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, representing state agencies in civil litigation.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Perconti has been a relentless advocate for victims of negligence and abuse. He has led the firm in recovering over $2 billion for clients, including record-setting verdicts in birth injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and trucking accident cases.
